Nominate yourself if you are a student or nominate your student if you are a faculty member. Send me an email with a short paragraph about your (or their) interests (research, career, etc.). 1. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. This remains an ad hoc committee for the section. I will contact the current members to see who wants to remain on the committee for the year ahead, but they will need new participants. Two major roles this year will be to gather the data recommended in the DEI report submitted last year and to work with Council to create a bylaws amendment making the committee a standing committee. I welcome student, faculty, and industry volunteers.
